- Technical Support is available over the phone at no charge (303-933-8742).
- If the issue cannot be resolved within 15 minutes, a service call will need to be arranged.
Ordering Time and Attendance Products
- Orders can be made by phone or email.
- Payment can be made with any major credit card, or debit card, unless other arrangements have been made.
- Appropriate Colorado Sales Tax will be applied to orders shipped to Colorado addresses.
Shipping Time and Attendance Products Info
- Shipping is via UPS.
- Most orders ship within 24 to 48hrs.
- Shipping cost is calculated from Morrison, CO. 80465. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- All shipping charges will be given at time of order.
- Products damaged during shipping will need to be reported to the carrier immediately.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days of date of purchase.
- Custom ordered Time Clocks and Time Stamp Machines are not returnable.
- Software Items cannot be returned if package has been opened.
- Items must be unused and in complete original packaging.
- Returns and Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee depending on the situation.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable
- Cancellation of orders must be made within 24hrs of online purchase. Once purchased item has shipped it must be treated as a return or exchange.
- Please contact Accurate Time Management Systems Inc. for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning products.
