  • If the issue cannot be resolved within 15 minutes, a service call will need to be arranged.

Ordering Time and Attendance Products

  • Orders can be made by phone or email.
  • Payment can be made with any major credit card, or debit card, unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Appropriate Colorado Sales Tax will be applied to orders shipped to Colorado addresses.

Shipping Time and Attendance Products Info

  • Shipping is via UPS.
  • Most orders ship within 24 to 48hrs.
  • Shipping cost is calculated from Morrison, CO. 80465. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  • All shipping charges will be given at time of order.
  • Products damaged during shipping will need to be reported to the carrier immediately.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days of date of purchase.
  • Custom ordered Time Clocks and Time Stamp Machines are not returnable.
  • Software Items cannot be returned if package has been opened.
  • Items must be unused and in complete original packaging.
  • Returns and Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee depending on the situation.
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable
  • Cancellation of orders must be made within 24hrs of online purchase. Once purchased item has shipped it must be treated as a return or exchange.
  • Please contact Accurate Time Management Systems Inc. for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning products.
